Ownership

MatraBloom's design, branding, content, code, and other materials ("MatraBloom Materials") are owned by MatraBloom or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use MatraBloom Materials for your personal, non-commercial use as described in our Terms of Service. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from MatraBloom Materials except as expressly permitted.

Content you create

You retain ownership of the content you create and record in MatraBloom, subject to our need to process it to operate the service. By submitting content to MatraBloom community spaces, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content solely to provide the service, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on the MatraBloom website or app infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice.

Your notice should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same categories of information, explaining why the removal was a mistake, plus your consent to jurisdiction of the relevant courts. We will process valid counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts or remove content of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
