Subscription & Payment Terms

1. Overview

MatraBloom offers a free core experience and may offer premium features through an optional paid subscription. These Subscription & Payment Terms ("Subscription Terms") form part of our Terms of Service and govern all purchases made through the MatraBloom app or website.

2. Purchases are processed by the app store

All payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play). MatraBloom does not process payment cards directly and does not store your payment details. The app store's own terms, payment policies, and privacy practices apply to the transaction, and the app store handles billing, refunds, and payment disputes.

3. Billing and renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
  • The price shown at the time of purchase applies for that billing period. Prices may change for future periods with reasonable notice, as permitted by the app store.

4. Free trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged at the end of the trial. Trial eligibility and terms may vary and are shown at the point of purchase.

5. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time through your app store account settings (Google Play > Subscriptions).
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that period ends.
  • Refunds are handled by the app store in accordance with its refund policies. MatraBloom cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Changes to subscription terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Continued use of the subscription service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes that affect an active subscription will be communicated with reasonable notice.

7. No medical guarantee

A subscription does not change the nature of MatraBloom. The service remains a wellness and education companion and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, as described in our Medical Disclaimer.
