1. Agreement

By accessing the MatraBloom website or using the MatraBloom mobile application ("MatraBloom", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What MatraBloom is

MatraBloom is a wellness and education companion for postpartum recovery. It is intended for general informational and wellness purposes only. MatraBloom is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or record in MatraBloom. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the service lawfully and respectfully.
  • Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise the service.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts you do not own.
  • Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.

4. Accounts and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You own the content you create and record in MatraBloom, subject to our need to process it to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play). App store terms and the app store's payment policies apply to those transactions. Pricing and features may change from time to time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

MatraBloom's design, branding, and content (other than content you create) belong to MatraBloom or its licensors. You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MatraBloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to the service or terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the service, and may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
