1. Agreement

By accessing the MatraBloom website, creating an account, or using the MatraBloom mobile application ("MatraBloom", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What MatraBloom is

MatraBloom is a wellness and education companion for postpartum recovery. It is intended for general informational and wellness purposes only. MatraBloom is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or record in MatraBloom. 3. Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • You must be old enough to use the service under the laws of your country (we do not knowingly serve children).
  • You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • You own the content you create and record in MatraBloom, subject to our need to process it to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the service lawfully and respectfully.
  • Do not misuse, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to compromise the service.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts you do not own.
  • Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Do not upload malicious content, scrape, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play). App store terms and the app store's payment policies apply to those transactions. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation is managed through the app store. See our Subscription & Payment Terms for full details.

6. Intellectual property

MatraBloom's design, branding, content, and code (other than content you create) belong to MatraBloom or its licensors. You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial use. See our Copyright Policy for more information.

7. Third-party services

The service may rely on or link to third-party services, each subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services. See our Third-Party Services page.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MatraBloom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, if you breach these terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

10. Changes to the service or terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the service, and may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MatraBloom is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these terms.
